I met Silvia for the first time at a pole dance event that her sister Nadia invited me to. I honestly thought she was one of the most beautiful and graceful people in the room. During the event, her husband Rob (her boyfriend at the time and also a pole dancer) came out onto the stage hands shaking. He professed his love for Silvia while getting down on one knee. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room. 

After we met at the event we continued to talk and bonded over our love for low carb food, board games and volleyball. When they set a date for their wedding I right away offered to do their wedding video. 

I absolutely loved filming Silvia and Rob’s wedding. This first dance pole dance was absolutely incredible. They didn’t tell anyone that they were going to do this and when the curtains to the stage opened everyone was so surprised and amazed. They are both extremely talented individuals and you can definitely pick up on their love for one another.

• Rob won the Canadian Pole Fitness Championships of 2017.
